Halal Kitchen, Halal/Muslim-friendly Restaurant


 

1.Halal 廚房:廚具、餐具、器具、洗劑與食材皆為Halal,沒有外場者;Halal餐廳:全菜單為穆斯林可食用且為全Halal廚房者;穆斯林友善餐廳:可提供部分Halal菜單者。

1.Halal Kitchen: All kitchenware, tableware, utensils, cleaning agents, and ingredients are Halal, and there is no separate non-Halal preparation area.Halal Restaurant: The entire menu is suitable for Muslims, and the kitchen is fully Halal. Muslim-friendly Restaurant: A restaurant that can provide a Halal section in the menu.

2.申請友善餐廳者,廚房,廚具、餐具等需要區隔並貼上標示,因為貴單位還是會有非Halal的餐點。

2.For those applying for Muslim-friendly restaurant certification, the kitchen, cooking utensils, and tableware must be separated and clearly labeled, as the establishment may still offer non-Halal dishes.

3.申請Halal餐廳或廚房者則不用區隔,因為全店的食材原物料都是穆斯林可以吃的食品飲料。

3.For those applying for Halal restaurant or kitchen certification, no separation is required, as all ingredients and raw materials used in the establishment are Halal for Muslims.

4.禁止於Halal專用廚房使用任何豬肉及其相關製品、酒精類及含有酒精類之調味料或添加物、血液類及含有任何動物性血液類製品、非Halal驗證禽畜動物之任何部位或其製品。肉品須Halal驗證。

4.It is prohibited to use any pork and pork-related products, alcoholic beverages, alcohol-containing seasonings or additives, blood and blood-containing products, or any parts or products from non-Halal certified poultry or livestock in a dedicated Halal kitchen. All meat must be Halal certified.

5.餐廳內的洗手間需要加裝沖洗噴頭或免治馬桶。

6.須提供一份中英文的Halal菜單。
