1.Halal 廚房：廚具、餐具、器具、洗劑與食材皆為Halal，沒有外場者；Halal餐廳：全菜單為穆斯林可食用且為全Halal廚房者；穆斯林友善餐廳：可提供部分Halal菜單者。

2.申請友善餐廳者，廚房，廚具、餐具等需要區隔並貼上標示，因為貴單位還是會有非Halal的餐點。

3.申請Halal餐廳或廚房者則不用區隔，因為全店的食材原物料都是穆斯林可以吃的食品飲料。

4.禁止於Halal專用廚房使用任何豬肉及其相關製品、酒精類及含有酒精類之調味料或添加物、血液類及含有任何動物性血液類製品、非Halal驗證禽畜動物之任何部位或其製品。肉品須Halal驗證。
